Our name honors the legendary Pony Express mail service of 1860, which carried letters and newspapers across the rugged terrain between St. Joseph, Missouri and Sacramento, California. With the motto,\u00a0<em>\u201cThe mail MUST go through,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0these brave riders embodied determination and resilience\u2014qualities we strive to reflect in our chapter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our founding members embraced that same pioneering spirit, bringing the DAR mission of historic preservation, education, and patriotism to the heart of Utah County.
